The project was created for companies in the early stages of development. The fund invests in promising startups in industries from manufacturing to IT with first sales or product and helps the management team develop the business. Pre-seed is the idea stage, the first stage when external funding is attracted. It includes the time from the emergence of an idea to the launch of a startup in operation.
