Adaxtra Capital is a financial service investment arm of BRED Banque Populaire S.A. specializing in direct and fund of funds investments. For its direct investment strategy, the firm invests in growth capital, buyout and recapitalization operations in small and medium sized enterprises. It seeks to invest in unlisted small and medium companies based in France. The firm invests between €2 million ($2.32 million) and €8 million ($9.12 million) in equity and quasi-equity in companies with turnover generally between €5 million ($5.7 million) and €80 million ($93.5 million). The firm prefers to take minority or majority stake into companies and hold them for generally between 5 and 7 years. For its fund of funds investment strategy, the firm seeks to invest in funds, which invest in private equity related asset class on the secondary market across diversified geographies. It seeks to invests in mid and large cap companies in France, Europe and the United States. The firm also takes into account Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria in the analysis and execution of its direct investments. It was formerly known as Perspectives & Participations SAS. Adaxtra Capital was founded in 2015 and is based in Paris, France.
