The firm focuses on investments in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and in the member countries of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, as well as investment-grade countries. The firm targets companies with EBITDA between $5 million and $50 million and enterprise values ranging from $50 million to $500 million, with investment sizes varying from $15 million to $75 million and a sales value of $100 million. The firm seeks to acquire a minority, majority, or a non-controlling stake between 10% and 40% in its portfolio companies, but can seek more under non-control structures or with other partners. It prefers to make long-term investments and does not have a fixed duration for its investments. The firm seeks board representation on its publicly listed portfolio companies.
