Aliter Capital is a specialist investor focused on small to mid-sized UK support services businesses, one of the first funds of its kind. Aliter closed its first fund in early 2017 at a hard cap of £92 million and will make investments of up to £20 million in businesses with an enterprise value of between £10 million - £50 million. Aliter Capital gives management teams and business owners the support needed to grow, using its deep industrial experience and established network to help its investee companies drive organic and acquisitive growth and take advantage of sector consolidation. Aliter Capital is led by experienced business people Billy Allan, Greig Brown, Andy Galloway and Andrew Busby all of whom have built companies in the support services sector and achieved successful exits as operational executives and investors.
