For follow-on transactions, companies can be in any geography. It typically invests between $10 million and $75 million in companies with sales value between $50 million and $500 million, EBITDA up to $40 million, and enterprise value up to $350 million. The firm prefers to make control-oriented equity investments with over 50 percent ownership.
