The firm seeks to invest between €3 million ($3.42 million) and €25 million ($28.55 million) and makes debt investments between €3 million ($3.26 million) and €20 million ($22.40 million) in companies having enterprise values up to €150 million ($167.97 million). The firm prefers to be the sole mezzanine lender or as a lead arranger. It seeks opportunities involving non-sponsored companies requiring financing for acquisitions, generation shifts, refinancings, and general expansion. It prefers to take minority and majority stake.
