The firm primarily invests in companies based in the United States and Canada. It invests between $1 million and $10 million in companies with revenue between $3 million and $200 million, with EBITDA between $1 million and $20 million and with an enterprise value between $5 million and $30 million in smaller companies. It prefers to take a board seat. The firm invests in companies where management continuity is preferred but not required. It typically holds its investments between five years to ten years.
