Black Toro Capital is an investment firm focused on the rescue and stabilization of mid-sized companies in Spain. It invests throughout the capital structure with new capital injections and discounted securities purchases to deleverage and stabilize target company balance sheets. Investing across the balance sheet in mid-sized “good” companies with a viable and proven business model undergoing financial and liquidity constraints as well as lack of leadership controlled by traditional private owners or by financial institutions due to involuntary ownership.
