The firm seeks to invest between $20 million and $200 million in companies. The firm directly provides more than $150 million of equity capital for each transaction but will consider larger opportunities by co-investing with its investors. The firm seeks to take a two or more board seats in each of its portfolio companies including the post of Non-Executive Chairman.
