The firm seeks to invest in companies having annual revenue of $5 million and $50 million regardless of flat or declining revenue run rates, eroding or flat operating margins, and flat or decaying EBITDA margins. It seeks to invest in subordinated debt, with or without equity features and preferred or common equity. The firm may make controlling and non-controlling investments.
