It seeks to invest between $2 million and $15 million of equity capital in companies with annual sales between $5 million and $50 million, EBITDA between $1 million to $10million, historical revenue growth of more than 10 percent per annum, and had a minimum three years of positive cash flow. For transactions requiring higher amounts of equity, the firm will partner with other investors who share its patient capital mentality.
