The firm lead subordinated debt and equity investments ranging in size between $2 million and $25 million in companies with annual revenues between $10 million and $100 million, EBITDA between $1.5 million and $15 million, and EBITDA margins of 10% or more to acquire non-controlling interests in its portfolio companies. It may also make smaller initial investments when it is expected that the total investment will increase over subsequent rounds of financing. Additionally, the firm also considers larger investments in conjunction with co-investors. It usually preferred equity investments in minority or majority. The firm prefers to acquire a board seat in its portfolio companies. It typically exits its investments through strategic acquisitions of its portfolio companies.
