For fund of fund investments, it invests between $5 million to $40 million in funds with a fund size between $250 million and $750 million and five or more years of successful investment history. It primarily invests through secured, structured, or convertible debt but also will consider equity investments. It may participate in the Boards of its portfolio companies when appropriate, but does not require a board seat in order to invest. It typically requires board observation rights. The firm seeks to exit its direct investments within five year investment period. The firm seeks to gain liquidity in seven years or less.
