The firm seeks to invest in companies with an EBITDA between $1.5 million and $10 million and in transactions with enterprise values between $5 million and $50 million. The firm seeks to make change of control and majority equity investments in its portfolio companies. It typically holds its investments for a period between four years and eight years and exits through sale to either a strategic buyer or to another financial group.
