CornerstoneCapital is a private equity investor located in Frankfurt that has aligned its investments towards small and mid-sized companies that are looking for growth capital or planning a management buy-out. The investment team typically invests in technology-related companies in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Since its foundation in 2001, we have invested in more than twenty-five companies of which more than fifteen have successfully been exited. We have a large network of industrial and financial relationships that not only supports us in our deal acquisitions but also benefits our portfolio companies. Currently, CornerstoneCapital is managing an equity amount of $ 50 million and is able to invest equity amounts with its current investors and other of more than $ 120 million.
