Cotton Creek Capital Management, LLC is a private equity and venture capital firm specializing in investing in growth capital, buyouts, recapitalizations, buy-and-builds, and corporate divestitures of growing lower middle market companies. The firm seeks to invest in first round institutional capital and situations which are often characterized by generational transfers of family-owned businesses, or investments in support of expanding capital demands of privately-held companies at an inflection point of growth. It invests in a broad range of sectors including, manufacturing, value-added distribution, industrial services, energy, business services, healthcare services, and consumer staples sectors including food and beverage, transportation & logistics. The firm also invests in specialty chemicals, waste services, aerospace, consumer products, building products, business owners & intermediaries, infrastructure, and business owners. It seeks to invest in companies based in throughout the United States focusing on the Southwest. The firm invests between $2 million and $10 million of equity per transaction and in concert with its affiliates can commit more than $30 million to support the growth of its portfolio investments with enterprise value between $15 million and $200 million. It invests in established companies that have with at least $2 million of predictable cash flows and EBITDA between $5 million and $15 million. The firm has a preference for majority control transactions but also considers minority co-investment opportunities with partners as part of a control investor group.
