The firm prefers to make leading investments in North America, China, North East America, Latin America and Caribbean, Central America and co-invests across Canada. Within Canada, it focuses on investments in the Québec region. The firm usually invests between CAD $0.1 million ($0.10 million) and CAD $8 million ($8.18 million) in its portfolio companies with maximum revenues up to CAD $1 million ($1.02 million). It prefers to take a minority stake. The firm typically holds its investments between five and seven years.
