Diva SICAR is the venture capital and private equity arm of Tunisie Telecom S.A. It typically takes a minority stake of 10% to 49% and it seeks to take a seat in the Board of Directors of its portfolio companies. It typically exists its investments after five to seven years through an MBO, IBO or an IPO. Diva SICAR was founded in 2009 and it is based in Tunis, Tunisia.
