Within direct investments & co-investments, the firm primarily invests in turnarounds, value oriented buyouts, special situations, and restructurings in North American lower middle market companies with operational complexities. Within general co-investment, the firm typically invests in companies with the EBITDA between $20 million to $100 million and enterprise value between $50 million to $750 million. It pursues the co-investments opportunities alongside existing GP relationships, as well as other proprietary relationships. Within general direct investment, it focuses on companies with EBITDA of $5 million to $20 million and enterprise value of $25 million to $100 million. It prefers to make control oriented direct investment to obtain majority stake. Drum Capital Management LLC was founded in April 2005 and is based in Stamford, Connecticut.
