It typically invests between €10 million ($12.94 million) and $411.17 million in companies with enterprise values €50 million ($54.61 million) and €500 million ($541.82 million) and minimum EBITDA of €5 million ($6.47 million). The firm seeks to take a majority stake and to have a Supervisory Board seat in its portfolio companies. Besides equity investments, the firm also specializes in real estate investments and corporate responsibility.
