Elevate Ventures is a private venture development organization established in 2011 by Governor Mitch Daniels through the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC). The firm is dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship across Indiana by providing access to capital, rigorous business analysis, and robust advisory services. Elevate Ventures focuses on cross-sector innovation-driven companies at the Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A stages, investing in startups headquartered or with a significant presence in Indiana. The firm has invested over $170 million into more than 550 startups, managing a total of $225 million in assets. ( In May 2024, Elevate Ventures, in partnership with the state of Indiana, launched a $100 million growth-stage fund aimed at supporting cross-sector innovation-driven companies with a total addressable market of $500 million or more.
