Ennovance Capital LLC is a private equity firm specializing in direct and fund of fund investments. The firm targets investments in personal care and cosmetic ingredient, flavors and fragrances ingredients, food, nutritional and nutraceutical ingredients, chemical processing, distribution and services, water and wastewater treatment products, solutions and services, agrochemicals, energy, oil & gas chemicals and services, oilfield chemicals and services, petrochemicals and their derivatives, lubricants, fuel additives and process chemicals, shale gas products and services and finds, coatings, adhesives and sealants, household, Industrial & Institutional ingredients, plastics, composites and additives, construction and transportation materials, pharmaceuticals: specialty additives, generics, healthcare services, medical products and services, specialty laboratories and logistics and specialty and fine chemicals, Green chemistries and clean technology solutions. The firm considers investing in broader chemicals industry in the United States with the flexibility to invest globally. It seeks to make equity investments between to $200 million to $300 million in companies with revenue between $20 million to $1000 million, EBITDA up to $200+ million, and enterprise value around $1000 million. The firm seeks has the flexibility to invest significantly more with participation from co-investors. It seeks either majority or minority equity stakes in its portfolio companies.
