We are a lower mid-market private equity partner to families, entrepreneurs and management teams, helping them reach their goals and ambitions through a long-term industrial approach. Ergon was founded in 2005 with the backing of GBL, a renowned Belgian listed family-controlled holding company with approximately €20 billion of net assets. GBL remains today an important investor through its fully-owned subsidiary Sienna Capital.
