Eterna Invest AB is a private equity firm specializing in management buyouts, industry consolidation, growth capital, family succession, industry consolidation investments in small to medium sized companies. It seeks to invest in companies should be able to achieve an EBIT margin of at least 15 percent. The firm also provides strategic guidance to the portfolio company at the board level. It takes either minority or majority equity stake in its portfolio companies, although it often tries to be the largest shareholder in a company.
