The firm typically invests between $3 million and $10 million in equity and prefers debt investments between $1 million and $4 million in companies with enterprise value between $3 million and $10 million, and invests in established companies that have revenues of between $5 million and $50 million, and free cash flow between $0.5 million and $2 million and have a plan to reach $5 million in free cash flow in the next three to seven years, with EBITDA between $1 million and $10 million. It invests in companies with minimum 10 percent cash flow margins (EBITDA less Capex). The firm prefers to take majority stakes. It seeks to be an initial institutional capital and acts as the lead investor in both control and non-control situations.
