It invests in non-listed (unlisted) small and medium-sized enterprises. The firm invests in companies in the Nordic countries with a focus on Sweden and Finland including the Åland Islands. It seeks to invest between €1 million ($1.07 million) and €20 million ($21.36 million) in companies having a positive cash flow and turnover between €5 million ($5.34 million) and €30 million ($32.03 million). It also co-invests. The firm invests for a period of between three and five years. It takes a majority stake in its portfolio companies.
