FG1 Partners is a Dallas, Texas based private equity firm that focuses on making opportunistic equity and debt investments in middle-market companies across a variety of industries. We seek to partner with management teams of successful companies and help implement value creation ideas that will allow them to maximize their potential. Prior to starting FG1, the partners successfully monetized over $2.0 billion of start up businesses to large scale private equity firms (TPG, KKR, and Oaktree).
