Finpiemonte SpA (Istituto Finanziario Regionale Piemontese) is a development agency and investment firm, providing loans and financing to small and medium-sized enterprises located in the Italian region of Piemonte. The firm seeks to invest in all the stages of a company’s life cycle and in all industry sectors. On July 17, 2007, as per regional law n. 17, Finpiemonte has started the spin-off of its venture capital and private equity activities to Finpiemonte Partecipazioni SpA, to which it is currently transferring its participations in a number of Piemonte-based enterprises. Finpiemonte SpA was established in 1976 and is based in Turin, Italy.
