First Beverage Ventures is a venture capital and private equity arm of First Beverage Group specializing in early stage and growth equity, growth capital and buyouts investments. The firm invests in the beverage industry including brands, suppliers, retailers, suppliers, and technology with a focus on companies that make alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and in emerging companies. It invests in companies based in the United States and/or have majority of sales in the United States. It seeks to invest between $2 million and $15 million in companies with revenues between $1 million and $15 million and growth capital investments for more than 20% of companies. The firm seeks to take both minority and majority stakes of between 20 percent and 50 percent in its portfolio companies.
