Flexis Capital LLC is a private equity firm specializing in investments in middle market, emerging growth, late venture, later stage, bridge, mature, turnaround, industry consolidation, recapitalization, growth capital, buyouts, and PIPES transactions. The firms also provides debt securities financing and make investments in private and public companies. It prefers to invest in the outdoor advertising, containers and packaging, metals and mining, industrials, transportation, air freight and logistics, consumer discretionary, diversified consumer services, restaurants, media, retail, business services, consumer staples, food and staples retailing, information technology, communications equipment, instruments and components, communications, consumer and general industries, information services, diversified telecommunication services, and wireless telecommunication services. The firm invests in companies based in the United States, Europe, Canada, and North America. It seeks to invest between $50 million and $500 million of equity capital per transaction (although depending on the characteristics of the opportunity, could invest more or less, or have an anchor investor of equal size) and $1000 million in enterprise value. In some situations, the firm can commit more than $100 million capital. The firm prefers to make minority as well as control investments; however, as a minority holder it expects to play an active role with management and the board of its portfolio companies. Flexis Capital LLC was founded in 2009 and is based in Miami, Florida with additional offices in Baltimore, Maryland.
