It typically makes equity investments between CAD 0.5 million ($0.37 million) and CAD 75 million ($56.54 million) per transaction. It prefers to take a minority stake in its portfolio companies and usually exits between five years and eight years. The firm is a labour-sponsored venture capital corporation.
