Foreman is a fully independent investor whose mission it is to make good companies even better by providing entrepreneurship, professional expertise and growth capital. We act as informed shareholders and active sparring partners yet we do not seek operational involvement. Our aim is to have complete alignment of interests between all parties involved. We divide the various tasks between the company and our firm on our respective merits. Our interests run entirely parallel to those of the other stakeholders concerned. This implies shared gain when times are good, and shared pain when times are bad.
