The firm primarily invest in companies based in Brazil, but they are open to invest in companies based in other locations. It considers investments between R$0.02 million ($0.01 million) and R$0.2 million ($0.1 million) in companies with enterprise value between R$0.05 million ($0.15 million) and R$5 million ($1.53 million). The firm seeks to secure an equity holding up to 4% and prefers to hold a minority stake in its portfolio companies and invest through stock options with an expiring period of 5 years It makes balanced sheet investments.
