For its direct investments, the firm invests between €1 million ($1.10 million) and €10 million ($11.03 million) per transaction in small and medium sized companies with revenues between €5 million ($5.51 million) and €70 million ($77.20 million) and an enterprise value between €5 million ($5.5 million) and €30 million ($33.62 million) and EBITDA between €1 million ($1.10 million) to €5 million ($5.50 million). The firm takes minority and majority stakes in its portfolio companies. It invests in equity and quasi equity. It typically exits its investments after four to seven years. It also co-invests.
