It prefers to invest in all the sectors including automotive and agricultural biotechnology sectors. The firm seeks to invest in companies based in Benelux, Germany, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. It prefers to invest up to €100 million ($132.16 million) of capital and usually injects between €5 million ($5.23 million) and €25 million ($26.16 million) per transaction in companies with annual revenues between €15 ($15.70 million) and €250 million ($261.61 million) with profitability between €2 million ($2.11 million) and €3 million ($3.16 million) and up to €30 million ($31.66 million). The firm seeks to have a controlling and majority interest in its portfolio companies. The firm prefers to take minority stakes. It prefers to invest in the form of equity or quasi-equity and exits its investments between five years and seven years. The firm seeks to hold a non-executive board seat in its portfolio companies.
