In case of add-on acquisitions, the firm seeks to invest in companies that operate in a business complementary to its existing portfolio companies. It primarily invests in companies based in North America for its new core acquisitions. The firm typically invests in companies that have an enterprise value between $30 million and $500 million, revenues between $50 million and $100 million, equity investment between $15 million and $100 million, and an EBITDA between $4 million and $50 million, however it does not have any revenue, enterprise value, or EBITDA preference in case of add-on acquisitions. The firm prefer to have majority stake in investments.
