We think that the very best founders execute well and execute fast. We refer to these founders as hustlers, and we want them in our family. By working with us, we commit to hustling as hard as our founders. An investment decision will happen within 1-2 weeks of first meeting. We try to execute all investments in a founder-friendly YC SAFE—but we're open to other instruments as well. We'll work with every team on a growth project to add value beyond money. Our goal is to have a deep relationship (professionally, personally) with our founders, so we can grow old together and build a lot of great stuff as a team.
