It typically invests in companies based in East of Mississippi, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Southeastern United States. The firm seeks to invest between $0.5 million to $12 million in companies with annual revenue between $1 million and $100 million, enterprise value between $1 million and $50 million, EBITDA between $0.5 million and $5 million, and positive annual EBITDA. The firm prefers to invest in direct equity and/or mezzanine debt with equity warrants. It prefers to take controlling interest, majority or influential minority position in companies. The firm generally exits from its investments in three to seven years at premium and generate above average investments return.
