Our basic concept is to invest in companies with good opportunities for development, where we can add value as an active owner. So that we can act decisively, we only invest in companies as a majority owner with the opportunity to make quick decisions when necessary. Our investments are made via our own balance sheet and we have no stated investment horizon. Our main focus is on smaller unlisted companies that operate within the industrial sector. This typically includes companies that carry out their own manufacturing, development and sales of industrial goods and services, trading in input goods or systems solutions for industry.
