Within these industries, it focuses on the aerospace; computer; commercial; industrial infrastructure, power generation, and transportation; logistics and warehousing; and technology sectors. It seeks to invest in companies headquartered in the Unites States, preferably having international presence, but not required. The firm typically invests in companies having revenues between $5 million and $150 million and EBITDA above five percent. The firm prefers to make control investments in its portfolio companies and seeks board representation. Key Bridge Partners, LLC is based in Washington, District of Columbia, with an additional office in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
