The firm seeks to make equity investment of more than $10 million in companies with sales value between $10 million and $100 million and EBITDA of more than $4 million to $20 million. It prefers to make majority, minority, control, and non-control acquisitions. It may co-invest and partner with management teams who want to maintain or acquire a significant equity position in their business or who want to convert the sweat equity they’ve invested in the company into real financial equity and ownership and independent equity sponsors that can lead to a minor equity position.
