It seeks to invest in turnaround, later stage, mature stages in lower middle market companies. It does not invests in real estate, early or venture capital stage businesses. The firm seeks to invest in Business services, including: technology-enabled business services (SaaS, software and IT services), value-added resellers, and technology, media and communications, TMT sector, financial services, and consumer goods and products. It prefers to invest in the North America, United States with a focus on Midwestern, eastern, and western regions. The firm seeks to make equity investments between $30 million and $125 million in companies with revenues between $15 million and $250 million, enterprise value between $25 million to $250 million and annual cash flow of atleast $3 million. In Emerging Growth Investments the firm invests between $5 million and $20 million in businesses with at least $1 million of recurring revenue or $3 million of total revenue. The firm also seeks to invest in partial liquidity events. It takes both minority and majority ownership stake in companies holding common equity. M-One Capital Management, LLC was founded in 1986 and is based in Omaha, Nebraska with an additional office in Wellesley, Massachusetts
