It invests in companies with annual sales in the range between €25 million ($33.93 million) to €75 million ($101.78 million), EBITDA between €2.5 million ($2.82 million) to €10 million ($13.57 million), and enterprise values between €15 million ($20.36 million) to €75 million ($101.78 million). It seeks to make distinct sweet spot equity investments between €5 million ($6.78 million) to €20 million ($22.56 million). The firm prefers to act as a Board Member or as a Member of the Management team in specific situations. The firm usually aims to take controlling stakes although in specific cases it participates in club-deals. It seeks to invest in non-discriminatory and equal opportunity companies and to exclude companies that do not strive to comply with responsible industry standards.
