The firm invests between $3 million and $50 million in its portfolio companies with the ability to participate in club and syndicated transactions and agent and syndicate larger loan transactions. It typically invests in private equity-sponsored, venture capital-sponsored, non-sponsored transactions and privately held businesses with an EBITDA between $3 million and $25 million. It also seeks to provide senior credit facilities from $5 million to $100 million and above. The firm seeks to maintain maximum equity ownership in its portfolio companies.
