The firm prefers to invest in companies that are involved in the InQb-STU incubator in Bratislava or InovaTech incubator in Sládkovièovo and based in the Slovak Republic. It prefers to invest in companies where more than 50 percent of their capital is in private ownership, number of employess do not exceed 250, and ownership interest or voting rights held directly or indirectly by entities other than SME does not exceed 25 percent. The firm seeks to exit its investments through the sale of capital participation to the original owners or third parties.
