OSKVI was established in year 2000 and is the venture capital and private equity affiliate of OSK Holdings Berhad. OSKVI was listed on the then Malaysia Exchange of Securities Dealing and Automated Quotation Market (“MESDAQ Market”) (now known as the ACE Market) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 8 September 2004.Covering the South East Asian markets, OSKVI provides equity capital to companies ranging from commercialized start-ups to late stage high growth companies seeking expansion capital for restructuring purposes or to grow the company to the next level.
