The firm usually makes equity investments between €0.1 million ($0.13 million) and €10 million ($10.63 million) in companies with revenues between €5 million ($6.67 million) and €60 million ($80.2 million). It invests between €1,00,000 ($0.13 million) and €3,00,000 ($0.39 million) through convertible bonds via its Mezzo Capital PME financing concept. The firm takes minority stakes in its portfolio companies. It makes balance sheet investments. The firm stays as owners in its portfolio companies for up to eight years. Ouest Croissance SCR was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Saint Herblain, France with additional offices in Bordeaux, Rennes and Paris.
