Within housing and property management, it also invests in clean-tech, (mainly in filtration, water recycling technologies and air and waste treatment technologies, construction techniques, agricultural technologies and systems for water saving), equipment for energy saving (such as electronic systems for heating regulation and heat pumps), construction materials, mainly to reduce costs in housing especially for the renovation of social housing (wood composite and extruded plant composite) and in products and services that help reducing the costs of building and in construction of energy-efficient and water-efficient and low carbon footprint buildings. Moreover, the firm invests in education, personal services, professional training and cultural activities. The firm prefers to invest in companies based in Europe, particularly in France. It can also invest in Latin America and Caribbean, United States of America and in Israel. It typically invests between €0.2 million ($0.24 million) and €4 million ($5.92 million) in companies with sales values between €0.2 million ($ 0.22 million) to €15 million ($16.78 million) and enterprise values between €0.5 million ($0.63 million) and €150 million ($188.89 million). It invests through common or preferred shares and convertible bonds. It seeks to invest in listed and unlisted companies that have a social or environmental impact. The firm typically takes a minority stake of up to 35%. It also co-invests. The firm was founded in 2003 and is based in Paris, France.
