It invests in companies with enterprise values between $10 million and $150 million, sales values between $10 million and $200 million, revenue from $ 10 million to $200 million and EBITDA between $1 million and $20 million and debt investment value between $3 million to $12 million. The firm seeks to obtain visitation rights on the Boards of its portfolio companies. It structures its investments in the form of subordinated debt with detached equity warrants, preferred and common equity, and term loans. The firm prefer to take majority or minority stake.
