PMH Investments is a private equity and venture capital firm specializing in growth capital, early venture, mid venture, late venture, later stage, mature, emerging growth, middle market, turnaround, management buy-outs and management buy-ins in small and medium-sized companies. The firm seeks to invest in manufacturing industry, food industry, agri-technology, sustainable energy, oil and gas, water technology and related sectors, high tech sector (intelligent engineering, automation or technology), chemical industry (materials and coatings), wholesale of technological products and business services. It typically invests in companies headquartered in the Netherlands, preferably located in the Northern, Northwestern, Middle or Eastern provinces of the country. The firm prefers to invest between €0.5 million ($0.54 million) and €5 million ($5.45 million), but are willing to invest more than this amount depending on the investment. The firm will have minority or majority stake depending on the situation and company. It determines the exit strategy depending on each individual investment. The firm prefers to invest from the personal capital of its management. PMH Investments was founded in 2001 and is based in Heerenveen, the Netherlands.
